Description of the Area
East Cowes is a gateway to the Isle of Wight with passenger and vehicle ferry links to Southampton and easy access throughout the Island.
Church Mews is adjacent to Cowes Harbour and all the bustle of yachting and water sports that continues throughout the year. West Cowes offers a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants not to mention the beaches. Both East and West Cowes offer fantastic views of the Solent.
The old postcard shows the chain ferry as it was over a century ago. You can see the original church, of which 3 Church Mews is a part, in the background.
